Our founder began his career in the insurance industry 12 years ago as a technician for a water mitigation company. During that time, he earned IICRC certifications in water, mold, and fire restoration, progressing to lead technician and eventually project manager. He later joined a general contracting firm as a lead estimator and business developer. Recognizing the importance of putting clients first, he founded Crayton Adjusting Group to provide dedicated, client-focused advocacy in the insurance claims process.
